For private individuals I use the following rates:
A Coretalents Discovery is possible from €595,-* including 21% VAT. This includes a schematic overview and summary of approx 5 pages**. If you would like a more extensive report, costs will be added. These depend on how extensive you would like the report to be.
Including a standard report, a Coretalents Discovery costs €795,-* including 21% VAT. In a standard report you will find an overview of your CoreTalents with an explanation of what they mean in your situation.
Including an extensive report, a Coretalents Discovery costs €895,-* including 21% VAT. In addition to the overview and the interpretation of your constellation, this also includes the potential risks in the areas of burnout and boreout, among other things.
A complete Coretalents Analysis always includes an extensive personal report. This costs €999,-* including 21% VAT. In the report you will find all the aforementioned information including how it has affected your personal life and career based on your life events. This will give you the most complete picture.

Additional packages
'Find you Coretalents Ikigai'
In a series of three additional sessions, I will provide you with even more questions based on the Ikigai principle, which will hold up a mirror to you, get you thinking, and subsequently support you in finding your calling. Each session will last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, with an additional half hour of 'homework' to be allocated beforehand.
If you look at the overview above, you will see four different spheres that, if they all come together, lead to your ‘Ikigai’. It is a combination of what you love (your Coretalents), what you are (already) good at (acquired competencies), the needs of the world (is the world actually waiting for what you have to offer?), and whether money can actually be earned from it (you need to put food on the table). In this process, we summarize the last two (the brown spheres) as ‘the Reality Check’.
Using questions related to the various components, and with your core talents in hand, we dive deeper: ‘Down the Rabbit Hole’.
‘Ikigai’ is a Japanese concept that translates loosely as ‘The happiness of always being busy’.
It is, in fact, your ‘Raison d’être’: what gets you out of bed in the morning?
‘Within you lies a passion, a unique talent that gives meaning to your existence, the driving force to give the best of yourself, until the end of your days.’
The term comes from Okinawa, a Japanese island that belongs to one of the ‘Blue Zones’. A ‘Blue Zone’ is a place in the world where researchers have scientifically established that people live longer there than elsewhere in the world.

This program consists of a complete Coretalent analysis with an extensive report, as well as a brief schematic overview of the essence. This add-on can be added to the report following either a Coretalents Discovery or a Coretalents Analysis.
In this add-on, I look at various prerequisites for leadership based on the Coretalent methodology:
- Pulling or pushing power to get people moving;
- Rationality to think about where to go and/or how to organize this;
